These dynamics are determined by an international scenario of war for control of access and capture of natural resource supply, deepening investments in mining and energy activities competing for land and water resources. Are deployed on fragile natural environments where economic activities and conditions for the reproduction of societies are based on the value of scarce natural resources. Also ancestral territories and landscapes that express strategies historical orientation towards subsistence or the market are deeply affected.
are summoned to reflect on territorial development policies to ensure acceptable levels of environmental, economic and social development.
