Hello readers! (If you still have any!)
will not know if any reader of the blog, but hey, I wanted to write something spontaneous and very cortito I want to share with you to be here!
the last thing we did when we were in Colombia, was visiting an organic coffee farm, where organically grown coffee and traditional, ie without using any chemicals, fertilizers and heavy machinery. Its owner, Don Elias, was key for his kind explanations, but mainly because it showed us that behind every bit of coffee is a caring, values, and a lot of sweat work and invaluable.
Well, since that visit each day to drink coffee, I see Don Elijah, with that smile so natural, so much energy to its surroundings with a loving and unfailing love to your plants, trees, fruits, worms , leaves, water and much more.
take very little coffee, but I enjoy it twice, even when it's bad!
And now I wonder, how do I take a coffee before? What do I know? What you related? I do not know what I did before, but now, thanks to people like Don Elias, coffee has tremendous power. Even today is teaching me new things! With all this, I wanted to say that every time it seems more important to know the origin of things, giving meaning to what we do, what you eat me, to what we build, being connected with nature, with people with the values \u200b\u200bfrom every corner of this planet, however small. And how difficult is when we live in a constant so individualistic!
Don Elias, heartfelt THANK YOU for what your family and you taught us that happy day in his little paradise. We will remember SEMPRE OF HEART
Uschi and Robert
