Cartagena Hello and goodbye! How can time pass so quickly?
After more than two months living in this wonderful city, we can only say to all through the blog Cartagena is THANKS.

ollaborate and learn and share so many things. Thanks to all who have taught the hidden corners of the city: the places poorest, the richest, the most cultural, the most funky, most marginalized, the more dreamy and much more. While I recognize that we still do not assimilate as much contrast as we have lived these two months I think we could enjoy and savor every experience that we have given. THANKS.

I'm not sure what it is, but something we are doing wrong in the Western world does not. We always have so quickly that 24 hours in a day are not enough, that weeks of 7 days grow shorter and the bull catches us systematically. Our excuse for everything is "I have no time for more" and always say with some dissatisfaction because we have curiously left to do is what we most wanted or have left out important personal issues. One of two, or have too many obligations, or are a lousy stewards of our time (or a mixture of both). The truth is that one of the reasons I am terrified of returning to Barcelona is to return to that frenetic pace. Cartagena is a coastal city and as such, its rate is Caribbean. Things are going slowly because. Anyone who comes here with Western mentality becomes mad. I certainly am not made for this beat, but I have learned to take things more calmly, with time, and you can not imagine the amount of new views you get from the things when you do things with time. 
I have millions of examples, but I put a short. A business day in Cartagena began work at 8. Could wake up at 7:30, shower running, leave home and take a motorcycle taxi and plants in the office in 10 minutes. Well NO. I woke up at 6, breakfast table sitting in the house, did a short meditation for 20 minutes with uschi, we read the news online and fell to the street where I took an orange juice pint chatting with the seller very quiet. Then he walked to the bus stop and then 20 minutes to the office. I assure you on the bus were born half of the ideas that took place in the foundation and all this because I have time. When it came to the office and had lived 2 hours!

As soon as I come two things to mind: the first is that we tend to fill our time with stocks, bonds and commitments are meaningless, and the second is to do things knowing they have an end date or so close makes Get much more days and you know say no to anything that does not interest you. For five days we said goodbye foundations and Cartagena to know a little more this country and the idea is to get to Barcelona in May. We returned to backpacking and traveler's life!
